  • Yescoin has attracted over 18 million players worldwide.
  • The game partners with TON, hinting at a YES token release.

Games based on Telegram are completely changing the crypto gaming scene, and Yescoin is one of the most well-liked games in this category. Unlike most games that require players to tap the screen, Yescoin offers a novel take on standard gaming mechanics by requiring players to swipe.

With its debut just one month ago, Yescoin has drawn in more than 18 million participants from almost every nation on Earth. This outstanding achievement is evidence of the popularity of the game. Yescoin’s collaboration with layer-1 blockchain The Open Network (TON) has hinted at a potential cryptocurrency with the ticker YES.

It takes work to draw in 18 million players, especially for a quite straightforward take on the clicker genre. How then is Yescoin pulling in such a sizable following?

“Telegram-based games are taking over the crypto gaming landscape, with @Yescoin_Fam emerging as one of the most popular titles in the latest @thenotcoin-inspired pack.” 🎮💎

Unique Gameplay Mechanics

Yescoin sets itself apart from the popular Telegram “clicker” games by making players swipe across a screen filled with gold tokens. The coins disappear and fresh ones show up as you swipe.

But as a bar at the bottom of the screen shows, your energy steadily drops. Coins start to arrive more slowly as it reach zero. Either players can swipe away every coin as it comes or they can wait a bit for their energy meter to refill by leaving the app alone.

As with many clicker or “tapper” games, Yescoin lets players buy power-ups with their earned coins to boost the coins’ value and quicken the energy bar’s regeneration rate.

The YesPac is the most valuable upgrade; it is a roving monster that automatically gathers coins and provides strong and exclusive bonuses at every level of improvement. Even while you are offline and not playing, it can gather cash for you.

Yescoin: Early Rewards and Potential Token Release

Among the “onboarding” activities players must complete when they initially launch the game are inviting friends and linking their wallets. Big incentives for finishing these chores enable novice players to purchase important upgrades right away.

The developers have made hints about a potential release of YES tokens. The group announced a cooperation with TON in June, the blockchain powering most popular Telegram cryptocurrency games, including Notcoin and Hamster Kombat. “Yes, let us say YES!” was the exuberant proclamation. Indeed, let us say YES TO THE MOON!

Upcoming Airdrops

The Yescoin team indicated they are creating an onboarding system that will offer both on-chain and off-chain benefits and alluded to “upcoming airdrops” in a more recent tweet.

Meanwhile, CoinMarketCap data shows that the price of TON at the time of writing is about $7.35, up 3.77% from the previous day. Still, it has been trending bearish over the last week, down 6.97%. Beside that, CNF previously emphasized the long-term goal of the TON ecosystem to onboard 500 million users by 2028.

The explosive popularity of tap-to-earn games like Yescoin is greatly increasing the demand for and exposure of the TON token. The TON blockchain is seeing increased attention and acceptance as more players interact with these games, especially Yescoin with its novel swipe-to-earn gameplay and impending YES token integration.
