Sei has launched a new campaign to reward community members who actively contribute to its ecosystem, offering cash prizes and exclusive perks.
Sei, a burgeoning blockchain ecosystem, has announced a new initiative aimed at rewarding its most active community members. The ‘Sei More Campaign’ is designed to incentivize users who contribute significantly to the platform’s growth and visibility, according to the official Sei blog.
Climbing the Leaderboard
The campaign encourages users to engage actively with the Sei community by offering substantial rewards for those who make meaningful contributions. Participants are encouraged to share insights, create engaging content, and drive discussions about Sei, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the platform’s mindshare.
The program will run for a three-month period, during which contributors will be ranked on a leaderboard powered by Kaito’s algorithm. This leaderboard evaluates engagement quality and the impact of contributions, ensuring that only meaningful participation is rewarded.
Reward Structure
Participants in the ‘Sei More Campaign’ can earn cash prizes based on their leaderboard rankings. The top 10 contributors will receive $1,000 each, while those ranking from 11th to 20th will earn $750 each. Rewards decrease incrementally down to $125 for those in positions 40 through 50.
Additional incentives include a 50% bonus for new contributors who manage to break into the leaderboard and a similar bonus for those who consistently rank in the top 50 over consecutive months.
Eligibility and Participation
To ensure fairness, members of the Sei Foundation and Labs teams are excluded from participating in the rewards program. If a team member ranks in the top 50, their spot will be allocated to the next eligible participant.
Engagement quality is a crucial factor in determining rankings. The Kaito algorithm, which Sei employs for this initiative, focuses on rewarding high-quality, impactful contributions rather than mere volume or low-quality posts. This approach is detailed in the Kaito FAQ, emphasizing the importance of meaningful interactions.
Joining the Campaign
Interested participants can join the campaign by registering their X accounts with Kaito’s Yapper Leaderboard. Once registered, users can start posting and engaging with the Sei community. Progress can be tracked live on Kaito’s Yapper site, and at the end of each month, winners will be required to submit a form to claim their rewards.
With this campaign, Sei aims to foster a more engaged and vibrant community, leveraging the collective efforts of its members to drive the platform’s evolution and success.
