REDLINE LAB, a leading Web3 and blockchain-focused technology firm, announces its pre-seed investment in Dojo Coding, Latin America’s premier Web3 developer training and incubation platform.

This strategic investment will support Dojo Coding’s mission to bridge the global Web3 talent gap by transforming Latin American developers into world-class blockchain engineers and entrepreneurs.

“Dojo Coding’s unique approach to developer training and incubation perfectly aligns with our vision for the future of Web3,” said Soren Azorian, CEO of REDLINE LAB. “Their proven ability to identify, train, and deploy talent in the Web3 ecosystem makes them an ideal addition to our portfolio. We’re particularly impressed by their ‘earn while you learn’ model and their success in helping developers secure over $700,000 in grants.”

Founded by Daniel Bejarano, Juan C. Guerrero, and Javier León, Dojo Coding has built a community of 1,800+ developers across eight Latin American countries in just over a year. The platform has facilitated the launch of 22 development teams and incubated 8 startups, while helping its members contribute over 150,000 commits to open-source projects.

“This investment from REDLINE LAB validates our vision of transforming Latin America into a global hub for Web3 talent,” said Daniel Bejarano, CEO of Dojo Coding. “With REDLINE LAB’s strategic support and expertise in the Web3 ecosystem, we can accelerate our mission of helping developers access global opportunities.”

“The synergy between Dojo Coding and REDLINE LAB’s portfolio, including REDFi, opens up exciting possibilities for our developer community,” added Juan C. Guerrero, CMO of Dojo Coding. “This partnership will help us create even more opportunities for Latin American talent in the global Web3 ecosystem.”

Javier León, CSO of Dojo Coding, emphasized the strategic importance of the investment: “REDLINE LAB’s support will enable us to scale our impact and help more developers transition from traditional tech roles to leading Web3 projects globally.”

The investment will be used to expand Dojo Coding’s educational platform, enhance its incubation program, and accelerate its expansion across Latin America.
