Performance Enhancements
MoAA has demonstrated its ability to empower smaller models to achieve performance levels previously reserved for models up to ten times their size. This approach significantly improves upon the performance of models trained with Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), demonstrating the efficacy of MoAA in preference alignment.
Self-Improving Pipeline
The introduction of MoAA paves the way for a self-improving AI development pipeline. By integrating MoAA-generated data, even the strongest models within the MoA mix can achieve substantial performance boosts, suggesting that continuous improvement is possible without reliance on more powerful LLMs.
