SandBox announce the launch of its public sale of exclusive “Premium LAND” plots on its platform next to EverDreamSoft involving premium NFTs.
Announced Thursday, the public sale is set to begin on February 10, 2021, giving The Sandbox users an opportunity to purchase the pieces of LAND. According to the statement, the owners of these plots of LAND will receive exclusive NFTs by EverdreamSoft and its Sandbox neighbors including Blackpool, Apes of Space, eToro, and Mad Mecha. The plots of virtual land will be surrounded by other top-rated pieces of land that experience high traffic and top social hubs.
Once purchased, the landowners will fully own the Premium 6X6 plot of LAND and an exclusive NFT, with complete freedom to use them and pass them on as they wish. Users can buy Premium LAND around the EverdreamSoft Estate, which is expected to see much more traffic than regular LAND and offer interesting opportunities for the owners.
The NFT collection reserved for the genesis LAND buyers is the ‘BearWhale’ collection, an iconic and exclusive line of NFTs inspired by the legendary Bitcoin trader who in 2014 was depressing the crypto market with his massive account. Another four NFTs with similar themes will be made available on the Sandbox marketplace at a later date, including “Satoshi, Creator of Blockchain”, “Sir of Ether” and others.
EverdreamSoft’s Social Hub will be built on one of the plots of land, in collaboration with Nabiya Studio. The Social Hub is expected to drive more traffic and attention to the location, helping users easily monetize their plots of land. The hub will be the link to Spell of Genesis, EverdreamSoft’s first mobile-based game, in The Sandbox, offering interactions with characters from the mobile game and an SoG-themed heroic fantasy environment.

According to data from DappRadar, the open-world 3D voxel game hit a high of 928 users a day in November, with assets selling upwards of 50 ETH on the platform. On the platform, users can explore the landscape and own a piece of it in the form of LAND, plots of The Sandbox territory represented by an ERC-721 token on Ethereum.
On their LAND, players can also add tradable 3D ASSETs (characters, animals, buildings, billboards, and other assets). Users can also monetize by charging visitors of their LANDs or by hosting events.
