CoreWeave appoints Carl Holshouser as Vice President of Government Affairs, enhancing its leadership team with his extensive policy experience in AI and technology sectors.
CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, has announced the appointment of Carl Holshouser as Vice President of Government Affairs, according to a recent press release from CoreWeave. Holshouser joins the company with a robust background in policy leadership, having served in significant roles at TechNet and Visa. His experience spans two decades, during which he has been instrumental in shaping policies around artificial intelligence (AI), data privacy, and other critical areas.

Holshouser brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous position as Executive Vice President and Head of Federal Policy and Government Relations at TechNet. There, he was pivotal in leading advocacy campaigns and securing policy victories in AI, privacy, trade, cybersecurity, and semiconductors. His efforts have not gone unnoticed; he was recognized as a Leading Association Lobbyist for 2025 by CEO Update.
