Clay nation becomes first Cardano project in The Sandbox

Clay Nation, a Multi-dimensional clay animation project here to mold the metaverse, has announced its integration into The Sandbox, becoming the first Cardano-based project to hit the milestone. The news was unveiled on the official Twitter account of the Clay Nation project highlighting the power of interoperability both protocols are brandishing.

The integration will help the key creators of Clay Nation to showcase their ingenuity to more members of The Sandbox metaverse. The startup said its core creations that will be featured on The Sandbox will be in partnership with Smobler Studios, a metaverse architecture and creative agency headquartered in Singapore, and funded by top investors including The Sandbox Game and Brinc.

Shortly after the initial announcement that it had made its way to The Sandbox, Clay Nation also revealed the launch of THE STAND; the first example of Clay Nation’s integration of e-commerce. 

With the evolution of blockchain technology experienced this far, many users are now clamoring for a real-world product design. Several startups in Web3.0 currently have their own unique ways of making products that users can easily interact with. The same holds through for Clay Nation and one of its first presentations is The Stand.

The startup said that the web framework it is creating will allow Pitch Holders to create customizable virtual environments, such as commercial spaces. This is arguably just one use case that can notably be applied to different other virtual environments that make up a typical metaverse. 

The overall partnership between The Sandbox Game and Clay Nation was also showcased with the clay sculpture of Sebastien Borget, the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Sandbox. The finished product is as impressive as shown in the tweet below.

Benefits for the Overall Cardano Ecosystem and ADA

One of the important facts around is a growing perception surrounding the Cardano protocol, a rub-off that is being seen in all of the projects built on it.
