Shytoshi Kusama, Shiba Inu’s lead developer has stated that Australia would likely be the last test location for the SHIB CCG game, Shiba Eternity. Kusama made this known in response to a question by popular SHIB community member @shibalexander. The Shiba Eternity game went live on the apple app store following its launch in Australia on September 17, 2022.

Australia users join the Vietnamese in having the opportunity to be among the early testers and bug reporters of the Shiba Eternity game. Test reports of the SHIB CCG game in Vietnam show that it was a huge success. Per multiple reports, demand was higher than expected and the Shiba team had to expand the gameplay servers’ capacity fifty-fold to accommodate the demand.
When users requested a debut test of the SHIB CCG in their country, Kusama responded that the next event would likely be ‘download day.’ One of the requesters was a user from turkey who commented “the Turkish community is anticipating the Shiba Eternity. When will the game be available for us to download from the app store?”
Kusama responded saying, “soon.” Then, he added that the game would be available to the entire world for download and not just some specific nations. According to him, the Shiba team wants to show the “shadowcats” that Shiba is a true force.
We are on schedule and Australia is our last test location as I’ve previously said. However, I can’t give any specific time of when the game would be available for the rest of the world to download.
He added that his desire is for the game’s download to break the app store on download day. The Shiba Inu lead developer also hinted that it might be possible to perform SHIB Burns via the game. But he would provide more details about that in a separate update prior to the download day.
Kusama further said there is more to the Shiba Eternity than being a game and a lot of discussions will happen before the download day.

The Shiba team is making efforts to boost the game’s adoption when it goes live. Last month, Shiba Eternity consultant, William Volk, showcased the game at the Shiba Eternity game at the biggest video game trade fair globally, Gamescom.
Firms can now receive LEASH payments
Crypto payment gateway platform, NOWpayments, has announced that businesses can start accepting LEASH payments from their customers. More importantly, they can always swap their LEASH for fiat using the platform. LEASH is the second native token in the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
According to NOWpayments, the fiat conversion is automated because it is run through NOWpayments’ technical partner, Switchere. A side benefit of this automated feature for merchants is that they don’t need the services of any middlemen before they can convert their LEASH crypto payments to fiat.
