Although Shiba Inu (SHIB) has been part of the crypto winter, the team behind it has been working on new launches and developments. In one of his recent tweets, Shiba Inu developer Shytoshi Kusama teased an upcoming “pitch” by the Shiba Inu team. The developer further wrote the message “wish us luck”.

Although the tweet doesn’t make it clear what is ahead for the Shiba Inu community, fans reacted with their own anticipations. The fans started contemplating the cryptic post from Shytoshi Kusama.
Soon after, the Shiba Inu developer posted a series of GIFs without revealing anything explicitly. A “pitch” usually refers to a new idea that the developers have to show to the project head. However, Kusama being the lead developer himself, it’s unlikely that he would be pitching the idea further.
However, he could be pitching ideas outside of the Shiba Inu for any potential partnerships with other players. As per Kusama’s tweets, it is possible that Shiba Inu could be partnering with a baseball team for any other sports-related events.
However, one of the estimates could be that Shiba Inu could soon be announcing the launch of its Layer-2 scalability solution Shibarium. The Shiba Inu team has been working on Shibarium which will also focus on decreasing transaction costs.
Shiba Inu’s exciting projects
The Shiba Inu team has been flexing its muscles with developments across different sectors of the crypto market. The team has been working on its upcoming Metaverse project WAGMI, an acronym for We’re All Gonna Make It.
The WAGMI metaverse project from Shiba Inu aims to create some for better living. The WAGMI temple would create a zen-like environment such as spiritual connections to the world, calm meditation, sensation, and natural beauty.

Along with the Metaverse, the Shiba Inu will create fireside chats allowing community members to ask questions, suggest ideas, and express their worries about the project. In addition to this, Shiba Inu is also working on launching a collectible card game for its metaverse.
Additionally, they are also working on launching a decentralized stablecoin and a reward token TREAT. In a blog post in July, Shiba Inu developer Shytoshi Kusama independent developers have been working on stablecoin SHI which “seems to avoid the issues found in other moonshot” while referring to the Terra LUNA implosion. The launch of the SHI stablecoin could happen sometime later in 2022.
Shiba Inu’s upcoming Metaverse token TREAT will also be tied to the Shiba Collectible Card Game. This token will help provide balance to Shiba’s native stablecoin.
