Taiko launches Season 5 of Liquidity Royale, offering a reward pool of 700,000 TAIKO tokens to top liquidity providers. The competition begins on June 16.

Taiko has announced the commencement of Season 5 of Liquidity Royale, a competitive event aimed at incentivizing liquidity providers within its blockchain ecosystem. Starting on June 16, this season offers a total reward pool of 700,000 TAIKO tokens, with the top 70 participants each receiving 10,000 TAIKO tokens, according to taiko.mirror.xyz.

Concluding Season 4 and Welcoming Season 5

As Season 4 of Trailblazers concludes, participants in Liquidity Royale are eagerly anticipating the next phase. The previous season will officially wrap up on June 16, just before the fifth season kicks off. Top liquidity providers from the last season’s leaderboard are set to receive significant rewards, marking a successful end to the competition.

Participation Details for Season 5

The new season of Liquidity Royale will run concurrently with Season 5 of Trailblazers, offering participants various liquidity pools to engage with. Providers can contribute to pools on platforms such as Izumi, Tako Tako, Avalon, Unagi, LayerBank, Demether, and Axion, covering a range of pairs including WETH/TAIKO and USDC/TAIKO.

Snapshot and Leaderboard Tracking

Participants are encouraged to act swiftly as snapshots will be taken from the first day of Season 5. These snapshots will determine the leaderboard standings, which will be updated regularly on the Trailblazers website. Early movers may gain a competitive edge by securing their positions promptly.

Rules and Participation

To participate, entrants must increase their Total Value Locked (TVL) within Taiko’s selected pools. The goal is to secure a position within the top 70 of the leaderboard to claim a share of the rewards. The simple yet competitive nature of the event is designed to encourage broader participation and enhance the ecosystem’s overall liquidity.

As Taiko continues to innovate, Season 5 promises to bring new features and opportunities for participants. The community is invited to stay engaged with upcoming developments and contribute to the platform’s growth.
