- XRP Cafe had the highest secondary sales at over 11,700 in the past 30 days, raking in $197,000 as onXRP came in second at a distant 2,000 sales.
- However, the sales volume is much closer when you combine with the primary sales as each marketplace accounts for $230,000 in 30-day sales.
XRPL is gradually becoming a home for non-fungible tokens as more investors leverage the network’s low fees to mint, sell, and buy NFTs. In the past 30 days, the most popular NFT marketplace on the network has been XRP Cafe which has dominated secondary sales, recording over 11,700 sales.
XRP Cafe allows users to easily use their unique artwork to mint NFTs and sell them on its marketplace. The most popular collections include Bored Apes XRP Club, the Core Apes Club, and xToadz. Collectively, the three collections have brought in over a million XRP in trading volume.
As per Bithomp data, XRP Cafe led the charts with 11.736 secondary sales, worth $196,555. This accounted for 46% of all the NFT trading volume on the XRP ledger.

At a distant second was onXRP which has been the biggest NFT marketplace on XRPL for months. It recorded 2,091 secondary sales, but the sales volume was much closer to its rival at $170,000.
The two platforms are much closer with the overall sales, however. This metric combines secondary sales—which are market sales by any investor—and primary sales, which are the first transactions by the creator of the NFT to the open market.
Overall, both platforms have brought in $230,000 in sales volumes. XRP Cafe has an edge with sales at 17,000 as onXRP trails at 11,000. The two account for a combined market share of 80% as other marketplaces struggle to attract investors. Third-placed OpulenceX only brought in $45,000 in sales volume.
The most prized NFT on sale in the past 30 days is Cryptopian #3041. Described as a “member of the Cryptopian society on Planet CryCor—a remnant of the original clones that were sent to colonize the planet,” it last traded on October 21 for 13,195 XRP, valued at $6.780 at the current market rate. It was minted on June 1st and sold on onXRP.
XRPL Becomes NFT Hub
For years, XRPL lagged behind other blockchain networks with NFTs, despite being one of the leaders in payments. This has changed and the network is now becoming a hub for NFTs.
Data shows that XRPL holds 523,672 NFT sales, with sales volume standing at $24.8 million. onXRP tops the charts with $16 million in sales, accounting for 65% of overall sales. XRP Cafe has been the fastest-growing rival and has recorded $3.1 million in sales, equating to 12.7% of overall network sales.
XPUNKS #6697 remains the most valuable NFT on the XRPL network. It’s part of the XPUNKS collection which includes 10,000 unique NFTs distinguished by their colorful traits and a trademark ‘X’ shaped mouth.
XPUNKS #6697 was minted on December 13th last year on onXRP. It was first sold for $668 in April this year, and two weeks later, it sold for 75,300 XRP, valued at $37,186 at current market rates.
