Shiba Inu has announced several updates on some of its most anticipated projects in recent weeks. The latest update comes from the team behind its metaverse project, Shib: The Metaverse, disclosing that another preview of one of the 11 hubs, Rocket Pond, would be released in just a few days. According to the announcement, the mystery about Rocket Pond would be lifted with an alpha preview.

This was retweeted by the official Shiba Inu Twitter account. One important mention in the announcement is that SHIB army members could stand a chance to win lands in the metaverse through a contest. As part of the requirements of the giveaway, participants are asked to follow the new Metaverse Twitter account launched on April 11 and retweet the announcement. The date for the release of the alpha preview for Rocket Pond was not disclosed, however, it is expected to be released after the contest which ends on April 30.
It can be recalled that an exclusive preview of one of the 11 hubs called WAGMI Temple was shown in March 2023 at the SXSW 2023 festival in Austin, Texas. Rocket Pond, which is one of the hubs, as mentioned, is created to give “the feeling of a hidden resort surrounded by mountains.”
Shiba Inu developers to unveil a hardware wallet
The design of the Rocket Pond setting is inspired by US resorts including Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and Lake Tahoe. Several other initiatives including a custom hardware wallet for Shiba Inu would be unveiled by the team. It was recently announced that the developers are working in partnership with a specialized company to introduce the SHIB cold wallet.
Just a small update: currently organizing general AMA with Huobi exchange, AMA with Certik, and possible partnership or collaboration having a customized SHIB cold wallet with interesting technology and look.
Just last week, one of the leading security blockchain companies, Certik Audit, announced that Shiba Inu is close to attaining the highest mark of security in the industry. The project scored 94.3 out of the 100 achievable points in the security ranking. This means it is the 72nd highest-ranked company based on its ratings.
With these positive developments, Shiba Inu investors have proved to be resilient and resisted the rising urge to sell the asset in the unpredictable crypto market. According to reports, investors who purchased SHIB between $0.00001100 and $0.00001400 are holding onto their assets for profits. This is said to represent 250 trillion SHIB, valued at $2.59 billion.

Shiba Inu is trading at $0.00001 after surging by 0.51 percent in the last seven days. In the last 24 hours, the asset has surged by 0.23 percent. However, it is still 88 percent down from its all-time high of $0.000086.
