A new chapter dawns as Gala Games launches Season 6 of their popular blockchain-based game, Eternal Paradox. This new season promises to bring a host of exciting features and strategic elements for players eager to conquer Elysium.
Enhanced Team Dynamics
Season 6 places a significant emphasis on team play. According to Gala News, forming guilds early in the season can offer substantial benefits. Guilds can reduce building or research time by 2% per member, potentially saving hundreds of hours in the long run. Players are encouraged to join a guild to maximize their growth and defense against rival Captains.
“While you could play a whole season solo if you really wanted to, there are some things that you just can’t do on your own,” notes Gala News. The advantages of guild support, including decreased building times and collective defense strategies, are essential for success.
Strategic Building and Research
The initial days of the season are crucial for setting a strong foundation. Players are advised to prioritize upgrading their Headquarters, Academy, and a primary barracks. The Harvester and resource-gathering buildings should be upgraded strategically, focusing on levels that offer significant resource boosts.
Resource and command research should be the primary focus in the early days. These areas offer long-term benefits by making fortress upgrades more affordable and reducing building times. Players are advised to delay research into Mercenary and Soldier until later in the season, as initial command and resource advantages are more impactful.
Optimizing Combat Units
Players should concentrate on one barracks initially but keep all others operational. Training a concentrated power element early on can provide a significant advantage. Additionally, tiering up lower-tier soldiers rather than training new ones can save substantial time.
Choosing a group of hunting mercenaries that align with the primary barracks’ synergy is recommended. This alignment can provide a critical edge in battles and resource gathering. Light and dark Mercenaries should be prioritized later in the season when their respective barracks are unlocked.
Maximizing Early Resources
Utilizing stamina efficiently in the early days can yield significant advantages. Players are encouraged to hunt and complete challenge stages frequently. Shakram Legions, often overlooked, can be an excellent source of early resources, especially with the ‘First Kill’ bonuses.
Exploration points should not be neglected. These points can yield valuable bonuses such as stamina, itemized resources, or speedups, which are crucial in the early game stages.
Engage in PvP Early
Player-killing (PK) points, often ignored in the early game, can be a strategic advantage. Captains who scout opponents and launch early attacks can secure more resources and hinder their opponents’ growth.
