- The Polygon network has hit a new milestone this month. The network has held the record for the number 1 NFT sale in the last 24 hours across all blockchains.
- PolygonMonkeys has revealed that it has teamed up with LiveArtX to give users free X-Card mint on the 4th of April.
The Polygon network is going to the moon, as more and more users troop to its network, thanks to the increasing level of adoption for NFTs. Per a recent tweet shared by the official Polygon handle, the leading NFT sale across all blockchain platforms in the last 24 hours was carried out on Polygon.

Emerging number one, the y00ts NFT collection sold a staggering $133,223.91. Right behind the y00ts collection was the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFT collection which held the second spot. The collection sold $127,912 in the last 24 hours.
Community members have reacted positively to the recent development. Many recall that skeptics insisted that there is no liquidity or community on Polygon. The new milestone certainly suggests otherwise and hints at an even more promising future.
The new development comes not long after y00ts migrated from Solana to Polygon. In December of 2022, DeLabs Studios, the brain behind y00ts and DeGods announced its migration to Polygon. The announcement caused an uproar within the NFT industry, particularly because y00ts and DeGods were Solana’s top NFT collections.
It is worth noting that the Solana network has since recorded a massive drop in its NFTs trading volumes. Solana had seen a slow decline in NFT holders, however, the numbers have since surged. More than 70% of NFT holders on the Solana network have now migrated to Polygon.
PolygonMonkeys to partner with LiveArtX to give users free X-Card mint
Meanwhile, Polygon Monkey, a well-known NFT collection in the market, has announced that it will be partnering up with LiveArtX.
LiveArtX is a leading NFT platform that seeks to bridge the gap between art and web3. The platform is hoping to merge art with the Web3 industry. Headed by leading players in the art industry, the platform introduces creators, NFT collectors, and collaborators into the metaverse.
LiveArtX and Polygon Money will work with LiveArtX, ahead of the platform’s upclimb X-Card mint. The X-cCard mint will take place on the 4th of April, and Polygon Money will giveaway free X-Card mint to lucky winners.
