Today Curate announced that they have partnered with Chainlink to integrate the decentralized price oracle in their marketplace for XCUR/ETH. This integration is meant to ensure NFT assets and services priced in ETH can be purchased at current exchange rates with their native XCUR token.
Curate NFT Marketplace To Integrate More Chainlink Services
Curate is a decentralized marketplace app centered around the theme of content discovery. It uses blockchain technology to reward users for their contributions to the system with digital tokens like BTC, ETH, and its native token XCUR. With the help of the Chainlink price feed, Curate will be able to price NFT assets and services on the platform reliably. Additionally, Curate plans to integrate even more Chainlink oracle services for the launch of the Curate NFT Marketplace to allow for NFT metadata, marketplace stats, and real-time price updates.
Curate Relies On Time-Tested Blockchain Oracle Chainlink For Pricing
In their press release, Curate elaborated on why they chose the Chainlink price feed, pointing out the critical features that won their trust. First of all, being blockchain agnostic, any new blockchain integration would be quite straightforward for Chainlink. This would mean that Curate would be able to expand into new blockchain environments easily if required.
